I've been eating 3 meals a day (portion controlled ) and let myself have a free day (but not binging)
The thing people don't understand on losing weight is you must change how you eat, not starve yourself for your desired weight and then eat like you normally do because it causes weight gain.
I limited my meat intake and use tofu and happy eggs (no chemicals or growth hormones) for protein substitution.
The only starch I eat with meals is nutrient filled rice (has vitamins)
Noooo soda! I substitute with favored water or natural juices.
I had to sadly cut cheese out of my diet TT.TT but eh it's not as bad as I thought....
And soup is my best friend :3 (better digestive)
The only thing that I need to start is exercising so I can stay in shape.
